MINDFULNESS PRACTICE GROUPS: 

  Wednesdays and Fridays
  8:30 - 9:20 a.m.

I offer drop-in mindfulness practice groups at Present Sense, a community art and mindfulness center in Wallingford.  Silent sitting and walking meditation.  No experience necessary. Check the calendar at www.present-sense.com. Free of charge. (Donations are welcome to help pay for the space.)

 

HALF-DAY MINDFULNESS RETREAT: 

  First Fridays of each month in 2013 (except second Friday in July)
  (Jan 6, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 5, May 3, Jun 7, Jul 12 [NOTE 2nd Friday], Aug 2, Sept 6, Oct 4, Nov 1, Dec 6)
  1:15- 4:15 p.m.

I host a longer mindfulness practice group at Present Sense.  We will be doing some gentle movement, sitting meditation, walking meditation, and lovingkindness meditation. Chairs and cushions provided. Suggested donation of $15 - $25.  If funds are low, bring your favorite poem about mindfulness.
