February 2014: I am taking a break from leading mindfulness groups at this time, and hope to resume sometime in 2014.  Send me an email if you want me to notify you of future groups. 

MINDFULNESS PRACTICE GROUPS: 

No group running at this time

I offer weekly drop-in mindfulness practice groups focused on silent sitting and walking meditation.  No experience necessary. Free of charge. (Donations are welcome to help pay for the space.)

 

HALF-DAY MINDFULNESS RETREAT: 

No retreats offered at this time

I host a 3-hour mindfulness practice group once a month.  We will be doing some gentle movement, sitting meditation, walking meditation, and lovingkindness meditation. Chairs and cushions provided. Suggested donation of $15 - $25.  If funds are low, bring your favorite poem about mindfulness.
